Gender Equality, Disability Equity & Social Inclusion

Gender equality, disability equity, and social inclusion (GEDSI) are urgent goals on their own and as cross-cutting themes critical to achieving sustainable impacts in health, economic development, agriculture, education, energy, and environmental programming. Abt Global conducts rigorous analysis to identify GEDSI gaps and works with local populations to develop and deliver sustainable solutions. In our delivery of global development programs, we center the experiences, values, and needs of the people we serve and consider their multiple and intersecting vulnerabilities and strengths. Our goal is to advance the agency, empowerment, and leadership of marginalized and minoritized people to promote health and economic well-being for all.
